Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us:

• The contact form: your name, company, work email, your brand’s website if you add it, and your message.
• Email: anything you write to paulo@yuneshenterprises.com, and your email address.

Browsing the site sends us nothing. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts, and we set no cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you and to talk about working together. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing.

Who else handles it

• Netlify hosts this site and stores contact form submissions so we can read them. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs, such as the IP address and time of a request, for security and reliability.
• Google Workspace runs our email, so messages you send us are stored there.

Both are US companies with their own privacy policies. Nobody else receives your information unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and emails stay in our inbox and form records for as long as we might work together, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Email paulo@yuneshenterprises.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. California residents have these rights under state law and can exercise them the same way.

Because we do not track visitors, browser Do Not Track signals change nothing: there is no tracking to turn off.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
